The Yamhill Soil and Water Conservation District will hold its regular board meeting on June 12, 2013 at 7:30 am at Miller Woods located at 15580 Orchard View Rd, McMinnville, Oregon. The principal subjects of the meeting will be: 1) Financial Report, 2) Update on SWCD Work plan, Projects, and Education/Outreach, 3) Land Use Reviews, 4) Miller Woods and Chegwyn Farms Updates, 5)Staff, Board and Agency Reports. Notice of Yamhill SWCD Budget Committee Meeting
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Yamhill Soil and Water Conservation District, Yamhill County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014 will be held at the USDA Service Center located at 2200 SW 2nd Street, McMinnville, Oregon. The meeting will take place on May 13, 2013 at 6:00 P.M.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discus the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 9, 2013 at the District Office located at 2200 SW 2nd Street, McMinnville, Oregon, between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm or by calling 503-472-6403.
